NC Department of Health and Human Services Hotline - Toll-free, multilingual information and referral telephone service. Go online or call 1-800-622-7030 (English and Spanish). Staff can answer inquiries about programs and services, guide you to resources, retrieve information on other human services provided by government and non-profit agencies, and give referrals to services across the state.
